Privacy Policy (BOSUNG CONDUCTOR Co., Ltd.)

BOSUNG CONDUCTOR Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BSC”) has established and discloses the following personal information handling policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to swiftly and smoothly address any related complaints.



Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those specified below. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Inquiry and Consultation Handling:
Personal information is processed to respond to inquiries, provide technical consultation and service information, verify facts, and notify results.



Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and usage period agreed to by the data subject or as required by law.
② The processing and retention period for each type of personal information is as follows:

Inquiry and Consultation Records:
Stored for [e.g., 3 years or 1 year after inquiry resolution, specify clearly] to manage responses and related records. However, in the following cases, data may be retained until the end of the relevant reason:
• During ongoing investigations due to violations of relevant laws: until the end of the investigation

• Request deletion
• Request suspension of processing

② These rights may be exercised by written request, telephone, email, fax, etc., and the Company will respond without delay.
③ If the data subject requests correction or deletion due to errors, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the issue is resolved.
④ Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or authorized proxy. In such cases, a power of attorney must be submitted using the form specified in Enforcement Rule No. 11 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Data subjects must not infringe upon their own or others’ privacy or personal information in violation of applicable laws.



Article 4 (Personal Information Items Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information for inquiries and consultations:

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
② If retention is required under other laws despite the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, the data will be moved to a separate database or stored in a different location.
③ The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows:
• Destruction Procedure:
The Company selects personal information for destruction and obtains approval from the personal information protection officer before destroying it.
• Destruction Methods:
• Electronic files are permanently deleted to prevent recovery.
• Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.



Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The Company implements the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
• Managerial Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training
• Technical Measures: Access control to personal information systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identifiers, installation of security programs
• Physical Measures: Access control to server rooms and storage facilities

① The Company uses cookies to provide personalized services.
